Celebrating the 2nd Cohort of Pr.E.P School Graduates

September 10, 2025

Congratulations to our Pr.E.P School graduates!

Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) is proud to celebrate the graduation of the second cohort of our Pr.E.P School (Pre-Employment Preparation School) on August 21!

Over the course of four weeks and eight engaging sessions, participants completed a 32-hour program designed to strengthen the skills and confidence needed not only to secure employment, but also to thrive in the workplace and build a brighter future. Held every Tuesday and Thursday in April, this workshop series welcomed City of Pittsburgh residents to learn, grow, and connect – all at no cost.

From goal setting and confidence building to workplace communication and time management, Pr.E.P School provided students with valuable tools for success both professionally and personally. Each class included lunch, and participants had the opportunity to earn up to $200 for completing the program.

We are incredibly proud of this second graduating class and can’t wait to see the impact they will make moving forward!

Missed this round?

The third Pr.E.P School cohort is coming in October 2025. Stay tuned for registration details and take the next step toward your career goals.
