Judge Oscar J. Petite, Jr. Joins PCSI for Lunch & Learn on Supporting Tenants and Landlords

October 7, 2025

Judge Petite speaks with PCSI staff at Lunch & Learn.

Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) was honored to host Magisterial District Judge Oscar J. Petite, Jr. for a recent Lunch & Learn professional development session for staff. Connected to PCSI through Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, Judge Petite shared his expertise on how community organizations can better support tenants and landlords when disputes arise around rental and leasing agreements.

The discussion offered PCSI staff valuable insights into the local judicial process and practical ways to help residents navigate housing challenges with fairness and understanding. PCSI is grateful to Judge Petite and Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts for their partnership in advancing our shared commitment to housing stability and community well-being. Thanks to Nina Sabak of Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts for facilitating the conversation.
