PCSI offers case management and employment support for people leaving incarceration and for those who have a criminal record. We offer assistance in a wide array of employment services: resume development, interview preparation, job placement, retention strategies, and more. We can also help with the pardon application process. Most of these services are available to everyone with a criminal record; some supportive services are reserved for those leaving incarceration within the past 12 months. At our quarterly Pardon Hubs and Job Fairs, customers can find record-friendly employers and learn more about the pardon and expungement process. Please check our calendar for the next event!

When Marvin connected with PCSI in March 2025, he was determined to rebuild his life while facing barriers like a record, unstable housing, and difficulty finding the right fit for employment. PCSI’s team connected Marvin with employment supports, including application and resume preparation, interview prep, and transportation assistance.

“My goal for a long time was to find sustaining employment, a career, something to retire from. I have applied for over 300 jobs before I found PCSI and couldn’t find anything that would pay me a prevailing wage to take care of my family. I also have a felony which made it 100x harder.
I met my case manager and he has been ever so patient and helpful… because of him and PCSI, I was able to get a wonderful job at PNC Bank as a Customer Service and Support Rep and I love it. It’s everything I always wanted and I am forever grateful for the opportunity!”
