About the Workshop
Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) is pleased to offer the Build Your Math Skills Workshop for community members looking to strengthen their math confidence and practical skills.
This workshop is designed for individuals at all skill levels. Whether you are brushing up on foundational concepts or refreshing your knowledge for career or financial goals, PCSI instructors will meet participants where they are and start at their level.
Strong math skills play an important role in many areas of daily life and professional advancement. This workshop provides a supportive, low-pressure learning environment focused on real-world application.
Participants may find this workshop especially helpful as preparation for:
- Trade apprenticeships
- Financial planning
- Workplace advancement
- Daily money management
All levels are welcome.
Workshop Details
- Dates: Monday, March 16, 2026 and Wednesday, March 18, 2026
- Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (both days)
- Cost: Free to City of Pittsburgh residents ages 18+
- Location: Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc., 249 N. Craig Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213
- Free parking available in the PCSI lot
- Accessible by the 71A, 71C, 82, 54, 93, and P3 bus routes
