Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) proudly celebrated the graduation of the very first cohort of our Pre-Employment Preparation (Pr.E.P) School on April 24th!
Over the course of four weeks and eight transformative sessions, participants dove into a 32-hour program designed to build the skills and confidence needed to not just find a job—but to thrive in the workplace and build their future. Held every Tuesday and Thursday in April, the workshop series welcomed City of Pittsburgh residents to learn, grow, and connect—all at no cost.
From goal setting and self-confidence building to workplace communication and time management, Pr.E.P School gave students the tools to succeed both professionally and personally. Every class included lunch, and participants had the opportunity to earn up to $200 for completing the program.
We are incredibly proud of this first graduating class and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!
