About the Program
Are you an experienced food service worker looking to take your career to the next level? Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) is offering a free ServSafe Manager Certification class for City of Pittsburgh residents this fall.
If you have worked in the food service industry for at least one year, this is your chance to earn your ServSafe Manager Certification at no cost. Participants will gain skills that can help them:
- Advance their careers
- Increase their earning potential
- Strengthen food safety and management knowledge

- Dates: Monday, November 3 – Thursday, November 6, 2025
- Time: 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Location: Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc., 249 N. Craig Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213
- Free parking available
- Bus stop conveniently located out front
Eligibility
- Open to City of Pittsburgh residents
- Must be 18 years or older
- Household income guidelines apply
