Health Resource Fair (with AHN)

No one should have to go without quality care for themselves … or their furry family members.

Once per month, AHN Center for Inclusion Health (in partnership with Humane Health Coalition) helps people experiencing hardship with medical care, supplies, and other services – and extend the same level of care to pets!

AHN and its partners can help you and your pet:

• Stay healthy with medical care
• Find shelter or housing
• Get emergency food and supplies
