About the Session

Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) is pleased to welcome Landforce for an on-site information session highlighting Landforce’s upcoming training and employment opportunities.

Landforce provides individuals with paid, hands-on environmental job training designed to build valuable skills and create pathways to long-term employment. Their program supports participants through career coaching, professional development, and industry-recognized certifications.

During this session, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about:

  • Landforce’s 8-week paid training program
  • Environmental career pathways
  • Available certifications
  • Application details and requirements

This event is a great opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical skills, exploring new career options, and connecting directly with the Landforce team.

Program Highlights

Landforce’s program includes:

  • Paid Training – 8 weeks of paid training starting at $14/hour, with potential wage increases up to $16/hour, plus a completion bonus
  • Certifications – First Aid & CPR, Tree Tenders, HAZWOPER OSHA 40, Chainsaw Safety, National Green Infrastructure, Restorative Practices, Bring Your A Game, and Mental Health First Aid
  • Career Coaching – One-on-one career coaching, professional development, and job seeking support

Requirement: Participants must be 18 or older by March 23rd, the first day of training.
