Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. (PCSI) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to lead a comprehensive strategic planning process.
This effort will result in a three-year strategic plan to guide PCSI’s work from 2027 through 2029 and support continued growth, stronger services, and expanded community impact.
PCSI is looking for a partner who can help assess current programs and community needs, engage stakeholders, and develop a clear, actionable plan for the future.
Proposals are due by 8:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2026.
