Work Ready Program

About the Program

PCSI’s Work Ready Program only assists individuals receiving services through the Allegheny County Assistance Office who select PCSI as their site. Work Ready assists participants to address their barriers to success and develop skills to prepare them to find and retain employment.

Participants are provided with comprehensive case management and psychosocial supports, and are referred to other supportive services including PCSI’s trainings and workshops and external partners’ groups, educational programs, and health and wellness services.
